The primary renter needs to meet a minimum age of 21 to rent the property. No smoking or vaping in the unit. Smoking on the property grounds is permitted as long as disposal of butts and other related articles are done in a safe manner. Littering around the property is not permitted. Please don’t set off fireworks within 10 feet of the property. Guests shall refrain from disposing of things such as diapers, sanitary napkins, tampons, paper towels, wads of toilet paper, newspaper, children’s toys, matches, Q-tips, balls of hair, grease, oil, table scraps, clothing, rags, sand, dirt, or rocks into drains /septic system. No parties or events are allowed on the property. Please take care of the furnishings. You have to pay damages that exceed security deposit. No unregistered guests allowed. Please respect the check-in and check-out time. Please don’t take re-arrange the furniture. Quiet hours are 10PM to 7AM. Please limit noise levels during quiet hours Please lock up at check-out
