Wonderful stay at Shina’s place! The home was clean, comfortable, and very peaceful—perfect for a relaxing week away. It’s also great for families traveling with dogs, which we really appreciated. The location made it easy to access everything Northwest Arkansas has to offer. We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it!

Easy, roomy, responsive, clean. Can’t ask for much more. For the price point, you get what you pay for. Easily accessible to main town Bentonville, 15 min to the mall, 35 min to the stadium if you’re in town for a hog game.

Shaina’s place was absolutely perfect! The location couldn’t have been better — close to every restaurant and activity we wanted for the weekend. The house was beautiful, and every detail felt thoughtfully chosen with guests in mind. You can truly tell how much care went into creating such a special space. We can’t wait to come back!

This home is well kept, comfortable, and has had everything we needed for our stay. The neighborhood is quiet and the view out the back is pretty - even in the winter.

Shina’s house was perfect for our 3 weeks. Beds were comfy, kitchen and bathrooms fully stocked, great backyard for our little pups, very quiet and private in the back of the neighborhood. Shina was very accommodating with our plans that changed a couple of times. Highly recommend!

Quiet, peaceful neighborhood but not too far from the city. Very comfortable beds and had everything we needed for our stay. The pictures are exactly like the house. We didn’t have a single “uh-oh” minute. If you’re a short girl like me you better have a tall husband to reach those wine glasses or learn to climb 🤣 Don’t hesitate to book this place!

Shina’s Bella Vista Escape home is spacious, beautiful, comfortable, safe, in a quiet neighborhood a short drive to attractions, attractions, shopping, and restaurants! We were very comfortable as our pups were and Shina was very proactive with relevant stay and local recommendations and very reactive to my questions. If staying in the Bella Vista or Bentonville area and looking for a beautiful spacious rental with all the bells and whistles, I highly recommend the Bella Vista Escape rental.

Perfect get away, beautiful nature surroundings!
The place matched the description and looks just like the photos, plus there was plenty space for our group of 6 , I would definitely recommend it.
Shina was very responsive and a great host!
